Single Deed Recorded in West Springfield During Late-Summer Period
Hampden County Registry of Deeds recorded just one West Springfield property transfer between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. The Aug. 17 filing lists John R. Abbe and Katherine M. Abbe as sellers and the same two, as trustees, as buyers, a pattern consistent with a family trust transfer. No sale price was disclosed, and with only one deed on record, no price range, median or market-tone assessment can be made for the period. A fuller picture will depend on additional filings in coming weeks.
